Frequently asked questions

What is 360 Rendering?
Arrow icon

A 360 Rendering is a fully immersive 360° view built entirely from CGI, rather than captured from a real property. Buyers can look around an unbuilt space as if they were standing inside, and multiple 360s can be stitched into a room-by-room tour to cover the whole project. It's the most engaging format for off-plan sales, new builds, and commercial pre-letting, where committing without seeing the space is a barrier to decision.

How long does 360 Rendering take to deliver?

First draft delivered within 10 working days from reception of all original material (longer for larger batches). Revisions happen on the renders themselves, and once the renders are approved, they're stitched together into the final tour. Hosting is included for 6 months.

How is 360 Rendering different from 360 Staging?

360 Staging starts from existing floor plans of a real property and digitally stages them into a virtual tour. 360 Rendering is built entirely from CGI, used when the property doesn’t exist yet (off-plan, new build, commercial pre-letting). Use 360 Staging for existing empty properties; use 360 Rendering for unbuilt projects.
