What’s included in an HD Tour?

The HD Tour is captured on site with a Matterport Pro camera, delivered with high-resolution imagery, dollhouse view, floor plan view, and 6 months of Matterport hosting included. The tour is embeddable on any real estate portal, agency website, or social media.

Can I transfer the Matterport tour to my own account?

Yes. Backbone can transfer the Matterport tour to your own Matterport account on request. For any edits, the tour needs to be transferred back temporarily, since only the account owner can modify a Matterport tour. Objects inside the Matterport tour cannot be modified.

How is HD Tour different from Standard Definition Tour?

HD Tour uses a Matterport Pro camera for higher resolution imagery, while SD Tour uses a Matterport-compatible 360° camera at a more accessible price point and with lower resolution. Both are embeddable and come with 6 months of hosting included.
