Drone Video is a 1-minute horizontal aerial sequence, captured in around 30 minutes on site by a certified drone operator. Editing, colour correction and stabilisation are included as standard. All drone permits and insurance are handled by Backbone. Drone shoots are subject to weather and local authorisations.
Drone Video is delivered in 48 hours after the shoot, including editing, colour grading and music. One round of amends is included with a 2-week feedback window.
Drone Video has the strongest impact on listings where the property’s location, plot, or surroundings carry significant value: country houses, new builds, large estates, commercial assets, and properties with private gardens, pools, or views. It shows 3× more of the surrounding area than ground footage alone.
