360° Staging

360 Staging works from a single photo per space, provided by you or extracted from a Backbone Virtual Visit. Each image is staged digitally with furniture and decoration (and if needed, wall colour changes and flooring swaps). Order multiple images and Backbone stitches them into a room-by-room experience your buyers can jump between online. Delivered from 48 hours, with one round of amends, a 2-week feedback window, and 6 months of hosting.

Both let buyers explore a property online, but they work differently. A Virtual Visit captures the existing space with Matterport, so buyers can walk through it as one continuous experience. 360 Staging works from a single photo per space, stages each one digitally, and stitches them into an experience where buyers jump from room to room. Use a Virtual Visit for furnished or as-is properties; use 360 Staging when the property is empty or you want to show how it could look after staging.

360 Staging tours are hosted on Backbone’s tour infrastructure with 6 months of hosting included as standard. The tour is embeddable on any real estate portal, agency website, or social media. Hosting extension is available after the initial period.
