Drone Photo

Drone Photo gives a property the aerial perspective ground-level shots can't. Captured by a certified drone operator on site, with time on site adapted to the photo pack ordered, and delivered in 48 business hours (24 hours with the fast delivery option). Listings with aerial photography sell 68% faster.

Floor Plan Capture

A clear floor plan is the second-most-clicked element on a property listing, just after the main photo. Backbone produces 2D floor plans for portal listings (with room names, square metres, compass, scale bar, and your branding included), captured three ways: on site by a Backbone operator, edited from a file you provide, or extracted from a Matterport tour. For richer marketing, Backbone also produces 3D floor plans rendered in three style options, ideal for brochures and hero visuals.

Photo Editing

Backbone's real estate photo editing comes in three levels (Standard, Advanced, Expert), all delivered from 48 hours from any existing photo. Works for both online and offline use (portals, websites, brochures). Three tiers of retouching, from basic enhancement to more complex fixes like small object removal and tidying up interiors.

What's included in a Ground Photo shoot?

A Backbone Ground Photo shoot includes a trained photographer on site with professional camera and tripod, with the time on site adapted to the property size and the photo pack ordered. Full editing is included: HDR processing, perspective correction, colour balancing, and grey-sky-to-blue replacement. GDPR-compliant blurring of faces and licence plates is included as standard. Backbone delivers up to 5 additional photos on top of the booked photo pack (for example, a 10-photo pack is delivered with up to 15 photos).

How long does it take to receive the photos?

Ground Photo is delivered in 24 to 48 business hours after the shoot. Higher-tier subscribers benefit from 1 business day guaranteed delivery. Full delivery times per plan are on our pricing page.

Do I need to be on site for the shoot?

No. The photographer can be granted access by the property owner, a tenant, or a key handover. Many agents attend the shoot to brief the photographer on specific angles, but it’s not required.
